We are looking for goal oriented and eager professionals to clean the homes of Green & Clean's customers. With a teammate this person will be responsible for cleaning homes using our clean check system and environmentally friendly products.  You will receive ongoing training in the products we use and G&C's clean check system.  G&C will provide the products and cleaning tools you will need for this job.  We may be able to offer some flexibility in scheduling within a full or part time position. 

Qualifications: 

• Desire to work in home services
• Some college 
• Superior references
• Must work well with a partner
• Exhibit strong work and business ethics such as honesty, reliability and striving to provide the highest quality service for our customers
• Valid drivers license as well as a reliable insured car.
• Immaculate personal grooming
• Experience in residential maid services or other service profession
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Green & Clean may be willing to train select candidates with no professional cleaning experience.

We are looking for relationship managers in the Atlanta  area who are people oriented and committed to their community.  Green & Clean relationship managers are responsible for customer satisfaction, some account management of existing customers, some new sales as well as acting as lead house cleaner (either alone or as part of a two or three person team).    Senior relationship managers may also represent Green & Clean in local partners in education programs and at community events and assist in training other relationship managers.  Relationship managers are responsible for overall customer satisfaction and resolving day to day customer concerns.  The relationship manager is to insure that our customers select only appropriate maid services and products for their needs.  Relationship managers not only provide cleaning for their client roster's homes but act as quality and security control manager their  Green & Clean clients.

Qualifications:

• Desire to build a career in the home service industry.
• Commitment to the use of environmentally friendly products and services.
• 4 year degree in business, marketing or sales preferred.  Some college required.
• Possess strong business ethics.
• Ambitious, goal oriented and self supervising.
• 2-4 years of marketing, service industry or home cleaning experience prefer.
