First, you will get a customized quote based on your residence (i.e. size, # of pets, # of kids, etc.) and will receive your first cleaning -- if I remember correctly there was a one-time cost for the first cleaning as it is a thorough (AND I MEAN THOROUGH) deep cleaning. After that cleaning, the owner of the company, Cheryl, who is awesome, personally reaches back out and based on freedback from your cleaner can adjust your services. We live in an industrial loft, so dust is an issue, she offered up some ideas on how we can help manage this in between cleanings. Awesome!  

We have our cleaner, Nicole, who comes every two weeks and is a God send! The time we save by not having to clean ourselves and the subsequent arguments that would SURELY follow are worth every penny we pay per cleaning.

They come every two weeks to clean my loft, dealing with the crazy parking in Midtown, and keep me from having to clean the bathroom and mop floors. Which, in my book, is fantastic.  

The price is very reasonable and worth it. Cheryl sends a reminder email the day before your cleaning and is very accessible and communicative.

Niaisha even folded a throw that was on the bed that was totally unexpected. Small but appreciated touch.

Both the management and the staff of Green & Clean are superb. They are terrifically organized, and also kindly responsive to me in my less-organized moments. I can use phone, text, or email--all three work equally well. They respond to and remember specific requests, and also make a special effort to ensure our dogs feel safe and comfortable during cleanings. Finally, the ethics of the operation are truly impressive--a rarity.

Also, I just have to say--I am SO grateful that Lila is so great with our dogs! She has Murray eating out of her hand. Which is impressive, because (as you know) he is extremely defensive. She also does a beautiful job with the cleaning! ... If it comes up. :)
